The economic relations between Malaysia and India have surpassed the traditional stage following efforts by both the countries to raise it to the strategic level. Malaysia is India’s third largest trading partner in ASEAN besides Singapore and Indonesia. India’s exports to Malaysia in 2018-19 were US $ 6.4 Bn which showed a growth of 12.81%. India and Malaysia have a Comprehensive Economic Agreement (CECA) in place and are also engaged through India-ASEAN FTA which involves a total of eleven countries.

Subsidized Participation Fee:
Standard Booth: Rs 114000/-(6 Sq. Mtrs)
(Rs 10,000 extra charges for corner stall subject to availability)
(Standard Booth includes basic octonorm stand structure, 1 table, 2 Chairs, 2 Spot lights, Carpeted Floor, Waste Basket, and Power Socket Fascia with company name)
Please Note: This fee does not include airfare, hotel accommodation, sending display material, any additional fixtures & furniture in the booth. These are to be borne by the companies.
Airfare Subsidy:
Eligible companies will be entitled for reimbursement of economy class Airfare on submission of documents after the completion of the event. The amount of reimbursement shall be subject to the approval and quantum of funds approved by the Ministry for the said event.( Assistance shall be permissible to one regular director/partner/proprietor of the company)
Visa:
Invitation Letters would be provided to the exhibitors (2 Persons per company). FIEO will issue the visa recommendation letter to the participants.
Refund Policy:
The participation charges are non-refundable in any case.
As we have limited number of booths, interested members are requested to kindly send us their confirmation as per the Registration Form enclosed along with the participation fee (Non-Refundable). The payment may be made by Demand Draft/Cheque in the name of Federation of Indian Export Organisations payable at New Delhi latest by 15th of June 2019. As, we have limited stalls preference will be given on the basis of first-cum-first- served basis and on receipt of full participation fee. FIEO reserves the right to select the participants.
