We may like to inform you that Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) is organizing ‘India Pavilion’ in ‘CAMBUILD 2019 as per the following details:
Dates:September 18-20, 2019 (Wednesday- Friday)
Venue:DIECC (KOH PICH), Phnom Penh, Cambodia
India-Cambodia trade has been growing steadily in the last few years. The total trade between India and Cambodia stood at US$177.24 million in 2017-18, which indicated a 25% increase over the corresponding figure for 2016-17 (total trade US $ 141 million). Of this, exports from India were US $121.41 million and the imports from Cambodia were US $ 55.84 million.
Also, in a report issued by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, the Ministry granted licenses to more than a 1000 construction projects and has attracted a total investment of US $ 2.15 Bn, in the first half of 2018 alone. As the sixth fastest growing economy in the world, Cambodia’s real GDP is forecasted to increase 6.7% more in 2019 as compared to the previous year.

Event Profile:
CAMBUILD 2019- Cambodia’s biggest International Building, Construction and M & E event is back for its 9th edition at the Diamond Island Exhibition & Convention Centre from 18-20 September 2019, to meet the Kingdom’s growing demand for innovative technology, equipment and supplies, in line with the building and construction sector’s rapid expansion. Featuring more than 300 companies and brands with Pavilions from China, India, Singapore, Italy, Malaysia, Taiwan Thailand and Korea, this Event is truly an international stage for exhibitors to expand their business in Cambodia.
Cambuild is also backed up by Key Government & Industry support- Board of Architects, Cambodia, Ministry of Commerce Cambodia, Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning & Construction, Ministry of Mines & Energy, Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority.
Post Show Report:
Cambuild in the last editions provided an outstanding platform for businesses to connect and transact in a face to face environment wherein more than 9000 professional visitors visited to more than 340 booths from different countries.
Participation Charges:
The event is approved under Market Access Initiative (MAI) of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India. The subsidized participation fees will be:

Rs. 10000/- Extra for Corner subject to availability

Participation Fees includes Standard built up stall of 9 Square Meters, having Spotlights, Fascia-sign, 1 Counter and 1 Chair, 1 waste paper bin

Please note that, this fee does not include airfare, hotel expenditure, sending display material and other related expenditure which are to be borne by the companies

Note:
1)As per DOC, a company can avail MAI assistance upto a maximum of three times (including past cases) for a particular event. Thereafter they shall not be eligible for the subsidized participation fee.
2)As per guidelines, a company can avail MAI subsidy for maximum two MAI events in a same financial year either from FIEO/ any Councils or grantee organizations.
Visa:
FIEO will issue the visa recommendation letter to the participants.
AIRFARE REIMBURSEMENT:
Eligible companies will be entitled for reimbursement of economy class Airfare on submission of documents after the completion of the event. Air Ticket per person will be reimbursed to regular Director / Partner / Proprietor of the company. The amount of reimbursement shall be subject to the approval and quantum of funds approved by the Ministry for the said event.
Refund Policy
The participation charges are non-refundable in any case.
Interested members are requested to kindly send us their confirmation as per the Registration Form enclosed along with the participation fee (Non-Refundable). The payment may be made by Demand Draft/RTGS in the name of Federation of Indian Export Organisations payable at New Delhi latest by 15thJuly, 2019. It may be informed that we have limited stalls and preference will be given on the basis of first-cum-first- served basis and on receipt of full participation fee.
